Who we are

Product Prompt ("we", "us") operates productprompt.io. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions: hello@productprompt.io.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address when you create an account.
• Purchase data — your plan and access period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Reading progress — which chapters and checklist items you've completed, so we can remember where you are.
• Newsletter — your email address if you subscribe to the Dispatch newsletter.
• Contact messages — your name, email, and message when you use the contact form.
• Usage analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly metrics about how the site is used (page views, performance). We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

To provide access to purchased content, remember your progress, send content you asked for, process payments, respond to your messages, keep the service secure, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, each acting as a processor under its own terms:

• Supabase — accounts, authentication, entitlements, and reading progress.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Sanity — content management.
• Resend — transactional email (contact replies) and the newsletter list.
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics.
• Google Analytics — aggregate usage measurement.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for that data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session, and analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to measure aggregate usage. We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other sites.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data — including unsubscribing from the newsletter — by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Children

Product Prompt is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data.
