Who we are
Product Prompt ("we", "us") operates productprompt.io. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: hello@productprompt.io.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address when you create an account.
- Purchase data — plan and access period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data — reading progress and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to improve the product.
- Newsletter — your email if you subscribe.
How we use it
To provide access to purchased content, remember your progress, send content you asked for, process payments, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Supabase (accounts + data), Stripe (payments), Sanity (content), and our email/hosting providers. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Any analytics cookies are limited to understanding aggregate usage.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by emailing us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
